What if I forget my Account ID or Password?

No problem, email us at help@canoodle.me.uk, letting us know, and your Login details will be sent to your email address.

I have registered, but have not received my Password.

Your Password is sent to you via e-mail within a few minutes of you first becoming a Trial Member. If you have not received your Password this is either because you made an error when inputting your email address or you may have a problem with your email software or service provider. You will therefore need to re-register using your correct email address, or email us on password@canoodle.me.uk

I keep having to relogin.

Under normal conditions you only have to login once everytime you visit the site.

If you are constantly prompted to login at every page, you have not got your browser set to accept cookies correctly. You need to enable all cookies.
